The Escape

29 jobs, from nurses and lawyers to drivers and founders. You represent the one you do.

Rep for $3 or Team Lead for $10. Only 100 seats per job, one per person.

When the league opens, play the story game. Your best score of the week counts for your job.

The system
Every profession has exactly 100 seats:
The average of its seat holders' best scores that week, with Team Lead scores counted 2×. Seat holders who don't play that week aren't counted as zero.
Example: Reps score 700, 800 and 900, and a Team Lead scores 850. (700 + 800 + 900 + 850 × 2) ÷ 5 = 820.
- Score per run: 1,000, minus 30 per wrong answer, plus a speed bonus.
- Weekly reset: boards reset every Monday, so every week is a new fight.
- Fair play: one seat per person; flagged runs don't count.

What is the Profession League?
A weekly competition between jobs. Each profession has 100 seats. Seat holders play The Escape, a story game where every crisis needs a real professional skill, and their best scores make up their profession's weekly score.
How much is a seat?
A Rep seat is $3 and a Team Lead seat is $10. Each profession has 90 Rep seats and 10 Team Lead seats. Team Lead scores count twice.
When does it start?
Season 1 opens once the seats sell. Seats are on pre-sale now. If the league isn't live by December 15, 2026, every seat is refunded in full.
Are there prizes?
No cash or prizes. You play for your profession's spot on the weekly leaderboard, which we post on Instagram. It's an IQ-style brain game for entertainment, not a clinical test.
Can I switch profession or tier?
Before the league opens, yes: reply to your seat email and we'll move you if a seat is free.
Do I need Instagram?
No. Your @handle is optional. Add it if you want it shown on the weekly board we post.
